I have bought tires and had maintenance done on my car at this location. I have found the staff to be professional and friendly. They take time to talk to the customer about the problem and what to do about it. The prices are reasonable and the service is excellent.

As a regular customer to the Pickerington BW Tire service dept I am extremely satisfied with the work performance and curtis mechanics who work there. They always have treated me with respect and have satisfied my vehicle needs in a professional and timely manner. Also The front desk manager continues to show concern and understands my time is important to me. I get in and out quickly. I have been a satisfied BW Tire customer for many years, but recently I had a problem with my CRV. I could not tell if my battery, starter or something else was defective. I was able to drive the car there looking for advice. I did not have an appointment but they were kind enough to stop what they were doing and diagnose the problem and repair it while I waited. I was then able to continue on to work without further delay. Thank you Herb and staff for the great customer service!
